About Speakers & Sessions

Thought leaders converge at SXSW EDU to provide professionals, at every stage of their career, with actionable learning, endless inspiration, and resonating insights through sessions and workshops. Content on the program is organized by thematic tracks designed to illuminate overarching focus areas.

The majority of conference programming is fueled by PanelPicker, the two-part online process that enables the community to lend their voice to the event. Step one encourages the community to enter a session proposal to speak at SXSW EDU. Step two allows the community to browse all of the ideas, leave comments, and vote for their favorite proposals. PanelPicker proposals for SXSW EDU 2020 will be accepted July 1 – 19, 2019.

For frequently asked questions and answers, check out the PanelPicker or Speaker FAQ.
