PanelPicker Deadline to Enter Your Session Idea Extended Through Sunday, October 18
Have a voice in SXSW EDU Online! As part of our 2021 offerings, the digital experience will feature conference keynotes and sessions, screenings, showcases, networking, and exhibitions. The dates for SXSW EDU Online are March 9 - March 11, 2021 and SXSW Online will take place March 16 – March 20, 2021. PanelPicker will allow the community to enter ideas for the online event. The deadline to propose your session idea via PanelPicker® has been extended through Sunday, October 18 at 11:59pm PT.
PanelPicker® is the official, user-generated platform for entering session ideas for SXSW EDU. The two-step process allows you to enter your session proposal during the submission window. Then, PanelPicker will re-open for public voting to allow the community to review, vote on, and provide feedback on all of the ideas that were entered. The final decision is derived from Advisory Board evaluations (40%), public voting (30%), and staff review (30%).

For SXSW EDU 2021 Online we will be accepting PanelPicker entires for Converse, Talk, and Work sessions. The wide range of topics and ideas on the SXSW EDU program will be organized by eight overarching thematic tracks.
