We are hardwired for human connection. In fact, the opportunity to network with others in the learning community is one of the many reasons that thousands of attendees join us for SXSW EDU each March. There's a variety of options, both casual and formal, to empower attendees to accomplish their networking goals.

We all know moderate to sustained physical activity releases endorphins. But these exercise-induced mood boosters don't just make you feel good, they help you bond with others. Exercise and wellness programming has been expanded this year to provide exciting choices from walking tours to mindful moments.

The Wellness Studio will be open daily during SXSW EDU to provide a sapce for attendees to get grounded and meet like-minded wellness enthusiasts. Explore the lineup below and make sure to pack your running shoes for your trip to Austin, March 9-12, 2020!
