Hotels

SXSWedu is just around the corner and hotels are no longer available. Please contact housing@sxswedu.com for possible openings.

SXSWedu has blocked guest rooms for registered attendees at the Hilton Austin Downtown and other nearby hotels. Rates and availability are displayed on the grid below. Click on the hotel name to see more information about the hotel and its amenities.

These rooms must be reserved through the SXSWedu Housing Desk. After you register online and your registration is paid for (or a Purchase Order number has been associated with the registration) your SXSWedu Shopping Cart will display a link to the Hotel Requester. You can complete that form online to submit your hotel request.

You’ll be required to provide a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation but the hotel will not charge anything to that card. You will be responsible for providing a method of payment to the hotel when you arrive to check in.

A limited number of rooms are available at these rates. We encourage you to book your hotel when you register because hotels are likely to sell out.
